Countertop Installation FAQs

Quartz or granite — which should I choose?

Quartz is engineered, non-porous, and needs no sealing, which makes it low-maintenance and consistent. Granite is natural stone with more variation and character but wants periodic sealing. Both are durable; the right pick depends on the look you want and how hands-off you want maintenance to be.

Can you install a new countertop without replacing my cabinets?

Often yes, as long as the existing cabinets are level, solid, and can carry the weight of stone. We check that during the measure — if the cabinets aren't up to it, we'll tell you before anything is ordered.
